Our trip will take us to Italy from April 27th to May 4th, 2024. We start in Follonica in picturesque Tuscany and sail for a week through the Tuscan archipelago until we finally reach our destination port of Portoferraio on the enchanting island of Elba.
Our journey begins in the Marina di Scarlino in Follonica, from where we will set off towards Elba. If the weather conditions are good, after a short detour on the north side of the island with a stopover in Capraia, we will cross to Corsica. There we can explore the northern tip of the large Mediterranean island before heading back towards Elba to our destination port.
No matter which route we choose - a week full of freedom and adventure awaits you. You have the opportunity to actively participate in the sailing and take the helm yourself. Our experienced skippers will always support you and ensure that we return safely to our port of destination.
Whether you already have sailing experience or are taking to the high seas for the first time, we look forward to experiencing an exciting sailing trip with you. Get ready to hoist the sails and explore the fascinating world of sailing in the Tuscan archipelago with us.

The Marina di Scarlino in Follonica can be easily reached by public transport. From Germany, there are (night) trains that go as far as Florence. From there, buses can be taken to Follonica.
The port of destination is Portoferraio. From there, there are regular ferry connections to Piombino, from where there are train connections back to Germany.
The Hanse 458 "Bea", built in 2020, offers comfort and good performance on the high seas. It is a good choice for anyone looking for an unforgettable sailing adventure.
Philipp and Nele will be your skippers for this trip and are already looking forward to getting to know you and starting the adventure with you.
In principle, our programme is aimed at all people who are struggling with a serious illness. In order to enable a more meaningful and enriching exchange between the participants, we would initially only like to take people with similar underlying illnesses on board. This cruise is therefore aimed at people with an underlying haematological or oncological disease.
