From May 17th to May 24th, 2025, our journey will take us to Italy. We start in picturesque Tuscany and sail through the Tuscan archipelago for a week.
Our journey begins in Tuscany Marina di Cecina, where we will meet at lunchtime on the day of arrival and get to know each other and the boat. After shopping together and a safety briefing, we will probably set sail on Sunday morning. The area offers various route options. We anchor in picturesque bays and small fishing harbours, for example on Elba, Capraia or Corsica. We will plan the exact route together with you depending on the wind and weather conditions.
No matter which route we decide on - a week full of freedom and adventure awaits you. You have the opportunity to actively participate in sailing and take the helm yourself. Our experienced skippers will always support you and ensure that we return safely to our destination harbour.
Whether you already have sailing experience or are taking to the high seas for the first time, we look forward to experiencing an exciting sailing trip with you. Get ready to hoist the sails and explore the fascinating world of sailing in the Tuscan archipelago with us.

Tuscany is easily accessible from Germany by train, car or flight. We will be happy to discuss all questions regarding arrival and departure with you personally.
Philipp and Nele will be your skippers for this trip and are already looking forward to getting to know you and starting the adventure with you.
Basically, our offer is aimed at all people who are struggling with a serious illness. In order to enable a more meaningful and enriching exchange between the participants, we would initially only like to take people with similar underlying illnesses on board. This cruise is therefore aimed at people with an underlying haematological or oncological disease.
